I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 22 years. I’ve taught thousands of others to be Personal Trainers and written many of the courses they take to qualify.

Support, motivation, and accountability: Regular check-ins via text, email, or WhatsApp to keep you on track.

Weekly sessions to maximise focus and motivation: Use sessions for workouts or targeted nutrition and lifestyle coaching to keep you focused and motivated. Regular catch-ups allow us to tweak programmes quickly to prevent setbacks and maximise results.

Face-to-face sessions: 10 hours you can use any time.
Flexible session times: Use your time any way you choose – 30 or 60-minute sessions whenever you wish with no timeframe in which to use them up.

Paul’s extensive experience as a personal trainer and of the human body helped me build a great individualised programme combining diverse training methods that kept things challenging (yet achievable)!

I signed up with balance because for the past 5 years I’ve been trying to lose weight and get in shape. I’ve tried shakes, soups, pills and points however I’ve never managed to stick to a plan.
