Personal Training: Exercise sessions built just for you and pitched precisely to your goals, preferences, needs, and fitness levels. Sessions are delivered in our fully private studio.
Yoga: Build strength and flexibility, strengthen your core, improve your posture, and find time to relax and unwind with personal yoga routines designed and delivered by Lou in our nature-inspired space.
Wellbeing Coaching: Nutrition, sleep, stress reduction, and lifestyle coaching to help you lose weight, feel great, increase your energy levels, manage health conditions, improve your mental wellbeing, and much more.
Massage: Unwind and ease away aches and pains with a massage from Lou. With over 20 years of experience, she’s a true master of her craft. Lou takes the time to listen, tailoring pressure and techniques — including Swedish and Deep Tissue — to suit your needs

The Programme Pathway
If you’re looking for guidance, structure, accountability, and excellent value, this is the pathway for you.
After your free consultation, we’ll arrange a health screening and fitness assessment to see where you are now and track your progress toward your goals over time, using assessments tailored specifically to you. We’ll then create a programme designed just for you, based on your goals, needs, and preferences. In a follow-up session, we’ll walk you through it, set targets, and make any adjustments needed.
What’s included?
- Face-to-face sessions: Two sessions per programme (health screening and programme walk-through).
- A tailored programme: Clear guidance with an exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle plan designed specifically for you.
- Support, motivation, and accountability: Regular check-ins via text, email, or WhatsApp to keep you on track and adjust as needed.
- Your programme, your way: Digital or paper—whatever works best. Video workouts, simple programme cards, nutrition and lifestyle plans—we provide everything you need to reach your goals
- Flexibility: Schedule programme reviews and updates as often as you need. For most people, reviewing every 4–12 weeks works best, but we tailor it to suit you.

Fit & Well for Life Pathway
Looking for extra motivation, guidance, and accountability? Want someone there to help perfect your technique and build your confidence? Or simply want to take full advantage of the variety of services we offer?
Our Fit & Well for Life Pathway gives you flexible face-to-face sessions that you can use however you like—personal training, one-to-one yoga, massage, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, health checks, and postural or fitness assessments. You decide what works best for you each week.
What’s included?
- Face-to-face sessions: See us as often as you need—from once a fortnight to three times a week, the choice is yours.
- Variety and flexibility: Mix and match sessions with either of us to create the perfect blend of support. Stick with personal training or yoga, add in a massage, or combine services in any way that suits your goals and schedule.
- A tailored programme: Clear guidance on what to do between sessions with an exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle programme designed specifically for you.
- Focus on success: Regular sessions allow us to tweak your programme quickly, helping prevent setbacks and maximise results.
- Support, motivation, and accountability: Check-ins via text, email, or WhatsApp keep you on track and allow for small adjustments as needed.
- Your programme, your way: Access your workouts, programmes, lifestyle actions and tracker tools all in one convenient place. Or, if you prefer, you can ask for paper copies.
1 session per week: Just £49.75 per week

Fit & Well Together Pathway
Want to achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals with a friend, partner, or loved one? Looking for extra motivation, support, and accountability while sharing the journey—and the cost?
Our Fit & Well Together Pathway gives two people flexible face-to-face sessions that you can use however you like—personal training, one-to-one yoga, massage, health checks, and wellbeing coaching. You choose the mix and frequency that works best for both of you.
What’s included?
- Choice: Mix and match all our fitness and wellbeing services—personal training, yoga, health checks, wellbeing coaching, and massage*—however you like.
- Support: Face-to-face sessions scheduled at a frequency that suits your goals, lifestyle, and budget.
- Focus: Exercise and lifestyle programmes tailored to each of you, helping you stay on track and maximise your results.
- Personal: Every aspect of the programme is customised to your needs at every step of the journey.
- Accountability: ERegular check-ins between sessions via text, email, or WhatsApp—or whichever method works best for you.
Pricing (per person):
1 session per week: Less than £38 per week
Additional savings: Need more help and support? Pay as little as £32.50 per week when you train three times a week.
Note: Massage sessions can either be split as 30 minutes each or topped up to an hour for a small additional fee.

I signed up with balance because for the past 5 years I’ve been trying to lose weight and get in shape. I’ve tried shakes, soups, pills and points however I’ve never managed to stick to a plan.
Balance has helped me where no other plan has by breaking my goals down into specific areas, helping me to understand that thinking is just as important as diet and exercise, and teaching me that by making small changes I can create a big difference.
